We Build. We Test. We Deploy. We Support. We Help You Grow.

Need a website for your business? We design it, build it, put it online and look after it — including the domain, the hosting and every change you want later. Already running something? We can test it, deploy it, keep watch over it or manage your social media, without touching the rest.

How a project runs

  1. Build
  2. Test
  3. Deploy
  4. Monitor
  5. Improve
  6. Grow

One team for the website itself and everything it needs to stay online — design, build, domain, hosting, security, backups and support. And if you already have a system running, we can look after just the part you need help with.

Three ways to work with us

Which of these sounds like you?

You do not have to hand over everything. We can build your website or app from scratch, take over one part of something you already run, or simply keep your social media active. Pick the one that fits — you can always change your mind later.

Most people start here

I need something built

A website, a mobile app or software for your business. We take it from the first conversation all the way to live — design, build, testing, hosting and support afterwards. You do not need to know any of the technical detail.

For technical teams

I have a system, and need help running it

Someone else built your application and it is already live. We can take over the testing, the servers and releases, the round-the-clock monitoring or the database — without rebuilding anything.

Discuss Digital Presence

Websites, hosting and long-term support

Your complete website partner — from the first design to going live, and every change after that.

The design is the part you see. The domain, the hosting, the security certificate, the backups and the change you will want in month four are the part that decides whether your site still works a year from now. Most quotes cover the first half and leave you to find someone for the second. We do both, and we say what each costs before we start.

We can move quickly when the scope is clear and your text and photos are ready, because we reuse proven building blocks and test while we build. What we will not do is name a date before we know what is being built.

What is included

  • We agree what the site needs to do, and plan the pages
  • Design, then build — working properly on phones, tablets and desktops
  • Your text and photos put in place, and enquiry forms that reach you
  • Tested by hand across the browsers and phones your customers use
  • Built to load fast and to be found on search engines
  • Visitor statistics set up, so you can see who is coming
  • Your domain name registered and pointed at the site
  • Security certificate installed — the padlock, not a warning
  • Put live, with automatic backups running
  • Watched around the clock, so we know if it goes down before you do
  • Support after launch and a yearly maintenance plan
  • Changes whenever you need them, quoted before we start

Websites we build

  • Corporate
  • Small business
  • E-commerce and shop
  • Hotel and resort
  • Restaurant and café
  • Booking and reservation
  • Portfolio and profile
  • Landing and campaign
  • Event and conference
  • Educational and institutional
  • Blog and news
  • Redesign and migration

Domain, hosting and security — handled for you

  • Choosing your web address and registering it in your name
  • Reminding you before it expires, and renewing it
  • Pointing the address at your site so it opens correctly
  • Choosing a hosting plan that fits your site — not the biggest one
  • Setting up business email on your own domain
  • Installing the security certificate and keeping it renewed
  • Daily backups, and restoring from one if it is ever needed
  • Moving your site from another provider, if you already have one

There is no one hosting plan that suits every website. We pick yours based on how busy the site will be, how much it needs to store, how fast it has to load and what your budget is — and we explain the choice rather than just billing you for it.

A word on security: the padlock in the browser is one layer, not the whole job. Keeping a site safe also means updating it, configuring it properly, backing it up and watching it. We do all four — anyone who tells you a certificate alone makes a site secure is overselling it.

The questions we get asked first

Who owns the domain name?
You do. We register it in your name, with your details, and you keep the login. If you ever leave us, the address goes with you — we do not hold it hostage.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo if you have one, some photos, and a rough idea of what each page should say. If the words are not written yet, tell us — we can work from a conversation and draft them for you to approve.
What if I want changes after it goes live?
That is normal and expected. Small edits are covered by the maintenance plan. Anything larger we price and show you first, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Will it work properly on a phone?
Yes, and we test it on real phones rather than only shrinking the browser. Most visitors to a business site arrive on a phone, so that is the version we design first.
What happens if the site goes down?
We monitor it around the clock, so in most cases we find out before you do and fix it. Backups run automatically, so there is always a recent copy to restore.

For teams with something already running

Already Have a System? We Can Look After One Part of It.

This section is for technical teams. If you have an application built by someone else, we can take over the testing, the servers and deployments, the round-the-clock monitoring, or the database — and leave everything else exactly where it is. If you are here for a website, section above is the one you want.

Nine services, in four groups. Hand us a whole project, or ask us to look after one piece of something you already run. The first three groups are ordered the way most people arrive: build first, then everything that keeps it working.

Application NOC

Visibility Before Impact. Response Before Escalation.

Monitoring software on its own does not stop an outage — someone has to be watching and know what to do next. A NOC is a staffed operations desk doing exactly that, so a problem is spotted, checked and acted on before your customers notice it.

Operations console

Representative interface · illustrative only · not customer data

  • Application health

Service availability, response times and error rates across application components.

  • Infrastructure health

Server, container, storage and network resource utilisation and saturation.

  • Deployment status

Release progress, validation checkpoints and post-deployment watch windows.

  • Alert management

Threshold tuning, deduplication and suppression so alerts stay actionable.

  • Incident tracking

Every incident recorded from detection through triage to resolution.

  • SLA monitoring

Response and resolution measured against the thresholds agreed with you.

  • Root-cause coordination

Diagnosis coordinated across application, infrastructure and vendor boundaries.

  • Daily & monthly reporting

Operational summaries for engineering teams and service reviews for management.

The console above illustrates the areas our NOC covers. It is a representative interface and does not display live or customer data.

How we deliver

Discover, Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Monitor, Support, Grow.

One delivery model for every engagement. Take all nine stages for a new project, or engage us for the stages you need — the process does not change.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the requirement before proposing a solution.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Design

Prepare the structure, experience and technical direction.

  4. 04

    Develop

Build it in controlled, reviewable increments.

  5. 05

    Test

Find the failures before your customers do.

  6. 06

    Deploy

Going live, as a planned procedure rather than a leap.

  7. 07

    Monitor

    Watch continuously, not periodically.

  8. 08

    Support

Resolve, maintain, and handle what comes next.

  9. 09

    Grow

Keep the brand around the system moving.

After go-live

Go-Live Is the Beginning of Support, Not the End of the Relationship.

Dependencies age, certificates expire, hosting renews and browsers change. Maintenance is the service that keeps all of that from accumulating — on systems we built and on systems we inherited.

  • Website maintenance
  • Application maintenance
  • Mobile application maintenance
  • Bug fixing
  • Security updates
  • Dependency upgrades
  • Hosting support
  • Domain and SSL renewal coordination
  • Backup monitoring
  • Server support
  • DevOps support
  • QA regression
  • MySQL support
  • Performance optimisation
  • New features
  • Future change requests
  • Release and deployment support
  • Managed Digital Presence

How a change request runs

  1. Request
  2. Analyse
  3. Estimate
  4. Approve
  5. Implement
  6. Test
  7. Deploy
  8. Close
  • Change request work is assessed separately from routine maintenance.
  • Effort and timeline are shared with you before any work starts.
  • Work begins only after your approval.
  • Every approved change request is tested.
  • Production changes follow the controlled deployment procedure.
  • Support does not include unlimited free modifications.

Why Twisha Technologies

From First Line of Code to Daily Operations, We Take Ownership.

Problems rarely sit neatly inside one vendor's scope. We work across the application, the infrastructure beneath it and the brand around it — and stay accountable for the outcome rather than the ticket.

01

Complete delivery from requirement to production

Discovery, design, development, testing, deployment and go-live handled as one engagement, so nothing falls between a design agency, a development shop and a hosting provider.

02

Independent QA, DevOps, NOC and MySQL services

You do not have to give us the build to get the rest. Most of our operational work is on systems somebody else wrote, and that independence is often the reason we are engaged.

03

Website development with hosting and future CR support

Domain, DNS, certificates, hosting, backups, monitoring and renewals are part of the website engagement — with a defined route for the changes you will want later.

04

Development, testing and deployment under one relationship

The team that writes the code is connected to the team that tests it and the team that deploys it. Nothing is handed across a vendor boundary and lost.

05

Nothing goes live without a plan and a way back

Every update follows a written sequence, is checked before it runs, and has an agreed way to put things back as they were if something is wrong.

06

Monitoring and support after launch

Systems are watched by software and by people. When something looks wrong, a person checks it, records it and escalates it against limits agreed with you — rather than an alert landing in an inbox nobody reads.

07

Consistent Managed Digital Presence

Planned content, branded creatives and scheduled publishing, so the brand around the product stays visible without you hiring a creative team.

08

Flexible individual or end-to-end engagement

Take one service or the whole lifecycle. Delivered remotely or onsite depending on what the work requires.
