Who we are.
Twisha Technologies is a homegrown provider of information technology services. The company works with government organisations, educational institutions, multinational corporations, product and service providers, and small and medium-sized businesses.
We work across the whole technology lifecycle rather than one slice of it: building websites, applications and business software, testing them independently, deploying and operating them in production, maintaining the infrastructure underneath, and keeping the brand around them visible — under one accountable relationship.
The reason we are structured this way is practical. Most of the cost and risk in software arrives after launch, in deployment, monitoring, incident response and maintenance. Splitting that across separate suppliers is where accountability gets lost, usually at the worst moment.
That does not mean you have to buy all of it. A customer can hand us a complete new project, or engage us for one capability — manual QA, test automation, DevOps, NOC coverage, MySQL engineering or Managed Digital Presence — on a system built by somebody else entirely.
Alongside application and cloud work, Twisha Technologies has long-standing experience in physical infrastructure: metropolitan area networks, optical fibre installation, telecommunication tower infrastructure, data centre implementation, operations centres and enterprise connectivity.

Experience with complex business environments
Years of work inside telecom and internet providers — the systems that sign customers up, bill them, take payments and connect them, known in that industry as BSS/OSS, CRM, FTTH and AAA/RADIUS. Those systems are tangled together, so a fault in one surfaces as a failure in another, and untangling that is a skill of its own.
