Operate — Service

DevOps, Cloud and NOC

End-to-end DevOps ownership — from servers and deployment pipelines to application monitoring, NOC operations and production reporting.

The gap between a working application and a reliable service is almost entirely operational: who deploys it, what happens when the deployment goes wrong, who sees the alert at 3am and what they are authorised to do about it. We take that layer as a whole rather than in pieces, because splitting deployment from monitoring from incident response is exactly how an outage becomes a three-way conversation instead of a fix. This is available on your existing application — we do not need to have built it.

What changes

The difference this makes.

  • 01

Every production change has an approved procedure, a validation plan and a rollback position

  • 02

Alerts that reach a human are worth acting on, because thresholds are tuned continuously

  • 03

Incidents arrive at your team with diagnosis attached, not as a forwarded alert

  • 04

A written operational record — runbooks, inventory and reports — that survives staff turnover

Scope and limits

What we will not claim.

These are on the page deliberately. A service description that only makes promises is the one that produces an argument later.

  • 24×7 monitoring and NOC coverage is available through an agreed managed-service model. It is not automatically included in every engagement — coverage hours, response targets and escalation paths are set commercially.

  • Specific technologies and cloud providers are named only where the capability is verified for your environment. Where a platform is outside what we operate, we will say so rather than learn on your production system.

  • Telecom and ISP platform operations — BSS/OSS, billing, provisioning, CRM, payments, FTTH, mobility and AAA/RADIUS — are supported as a specialist capability under this service.
