Build — Service
Website Development
Your complete website partner — from the first design to going live, and every change after that.
Most website projects do not go wrong at the design stage. They go wrong three months after launch, when the person who built it has moved on, a renewal invoice arrives that nobody recognises, and changing a phone number on one page turns into a quote. We treat a website as something that has to be looked after, not just handed over — so the design, the build, the web address, the hosting, the security and the changes you will want later all sit with one team, and all get priced before we start.

What changes
The difference this makes.
- 01
One phone number to call about the site, the hosting and the web address — instead of three suppliers blaming each other
- 02
A launch that already includes the security certificate, backups and monitoring, rather than billing them as extras later
- 03
The words and page structure agreed before design starts, so nothing is squeezed into a template afterwards
- 04
A clear way to ask for changes later, with the cost agreed before any work begins

Your web address, hosting and security — handled for you
The part most website quotes leave out, and the part that causes the most trouble later. Your web address is the name people type in; hosting is the space your site lives in; the security certificate is what puts the padlock in the browser.
- Helping you choose a good web address
- Registering it in your name, so you own it
- Reminding you before it expires, and renewing it
- Pointing the address at your site so it opens correctly
- Choosing a hosting plan that fits your site, not the biggest one
- Basic shared hosting, for smaller sites
- Cloud hosting, for busier sites
- A private server, where a site needs one to itself
- Somewhere for your product or booking data to live
- Email on your own name, such as hello@yourbusiness.com
- Installing the security certificate
- Making sure visitors always land on the secure address
- Sending old page addresses to the right new page
- Automatic backups, set up and checked
- Restoring from a backup if it is ever needed
- Moving your site across if you are with someone else today
- Watching the site around the clock in case it goes down
- Keeping track of renewals so nothing lapses by accident
How the hosting plan is chosen
There is no hosting plan that suits every website. The selection is made against these, together with your budget.
- Website technology
- Expected traffic
- Storage requirement
- Database requirement
- Performance expectation
- Security requirement
- Availability requirement
- Backup requirement
- Scalability headroom
Scope and limits
What we will not claim.
These are on the page deliberately. A service description that only makes promises is the one that produces an argument later.
HTTPS on its own does not make a website secure. HTTPS, secure configuration, updates, backups and monitoring are implemented together as a layered website-security approach.
Fast delivery comes from clear scope, reusable engineering standards, parallel development and QA, and structured customer approvals. Fast-track delivery is available for clearly defined and content-ready website projects; we do not publish a fixed delivery promise unless the scope, content, integrations and approval process support it.
Domain and hosting ownership is agreed commercially before work starts. Our preference is that you own the domain and hold the agreed hosting access, with Twisha Technologies retaining authorised administrative access for the duration of the support period.
